VOCATIONAL TRAINING CENTRE
The Project is for capacitated the women folk of our society who are talented and looking for an opportunity to explore their talent and utilizing the same to find an alternative way for their livelihood. The training of tailoring we provide will help the beneficiaries to make market oriented products for sale to support their families.
It is an 18 months training. Each trainee is facilitated with a certificate after completion of the training.
Enhance Skill Development Program
This project was started to strengthen and empower the ill-fated women folk of the community by enabling them how to make marketable readymade apparels. To share a platform with them where they can learn to use five thread machine as well as other professional equipment. The Enhance Skill Development center entertains only the women folk who completed their certificate course successfully from the vocational training center of PBK. Primarily helping the beneficiary to introduce with the market so that they can sell their own finished products. By selling the same which in turn the beneficiary will be benefitted economically.
To train all these Women who are very young but situation forced them to discontinue their studies due to their financial insolvency and interested to get enroll their name in the skill development center they are the beneficiaries of the ESDP unit.
